I am blogging online  about what I call Arctopia, or "Polar Cities for Future Survivors of Global Warming, Year 2500." I am envisioning polar cities for survivors of humankind at that time, and wonder what others think of this idea and concept as 1. a non threatening thought experiment and 2. a real plan for a real future, with planning and designing and prebuilding of model polar cities getting underway now.
